Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how ZAW Innovative Technologies (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when users install and use our mobile applications distributed through the Google Play Store. It covers all of our apps, including any we release later.

If one of our apps ever needs extra terms that are not covered here, we will publish a separate policy for that app. By installing or using any of our apps, you agree to what is described below.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you give us

  • Your email address and whatever you write, if you contact our support address.
  • Content you make inside an app, such as designs, text you type, or files you save and export.
  • The settings and preferences you pick inside an app.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage activity: which screens and features get opened, and how long a session lasts.
  • Device information: device model, Android version, the resettable advertising ID, and the language or region set on the device.
  • Diagnostics: crash reports and error logs created when an app stops working properly.

This is technical information. We do not use it to work out who you are.

2.3 Information used by app features

Some features need access to the camera, microphone, or storage to work at all. Anything reached this way is handled on your device and is not uploaded to us. Section 4 explains how we deal with permissions.

3. How We Use Information

  • To run and maintain the features of our apps.
  • To find and fix crashes, bugs, and performance problems.
  • To see which features are actually used, so we know what to improve.
  • To show ads, which is how our free apps are paid for.
  • To answer support emails.
  • To follow the law and Google Play policy.

4. App Permissions

Our apps ask only for permissions their features actually need. We publish different kinds of apps, so the permissions are not the same in every one. The full list for any app is shown on its Google Play listing, and on the prompt you see before you allow it.

These rules apply to every app we publish:

  • A permission is asked for when you use the feature that needs it, not quietly in the background.
  • Anything obtained through a permission is used only for that feature.
  • Photos, gallery selections, voice input, and files stay on your device. They are not uploaded to any server of ours.
  • Internet access, where an app asks for it, is used to load ads, fetch settings, and check whether you are online.
  • You can take back any permission from your device settings at any time. The feature that needs it will stop working, but the rest of the app will keep running.

If an app needs a permission that Android treats as sensitive, we use it only for the main feature it was asked for, as Google Play requires.

5. Ads and Third-Party Services

5.1 Advertising

Our apps are free, and the ads inside them pay for building and running them. Ads are served by Google AdMob. If we start using another ad network, we will name it here.

AdMob collects some technical information on its own so it can choose ads and measure how they perform. This normally includes the device advertising ID, a rough location worked out from the IP address, basic device details, and a record of which ads were shown or tapped. How Google handles that information is covered by Google's own privacy terms.

We never give your name, email address, or anything else that identifies you to an ad provider.

5.2 Third-party services

Our apps use the third-party services listed below. Each one handles limited technical information under its own terms, which you can read here:

If we add another service later, we will list it here with its link.

5.3 Turning off personalised ads

Open Settings, go to Google, then Ads, and choose Delete advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalisation. You will still see ads, but they will not be picked based on your interests.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Information is shared only in these cases:

  • With the service providers listed in Section 5, and only so they can do what is described there.
  • When the law requires it, such as a valid court order or a lawful request from a public authority.
  • When it is needed to look into fraud or misuse, or to protect our users, the public, or ZAW Innovative Technologies.
  • If our apps are sold or transferred to someone else, in which case this policy still applies until it is replaced.

7. Security

Data sent between our apps and the services above travels over encrypted connections, and access to our developer and analytics accounts is limited and protected. Since the content you create stays on your own device instead of on a server of ours, the best protection for it is your own screen lock, device encryption, and keeping your software updated.

No method of storage or transmission online is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

8. Data Retention

ZAW Innovative Technologies does not run any server, database, or cloud account that stores user content or personal data. We do not create user accounts, and we do not keep records of our users. Here is what that means for each type of data:

  • Content you create in an app, including designs, documents, exports, settings, and preferences, is saved only in the app's own storage on your device. It stays there as long as you keep it, and it goes when you delete it, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. We never receive a copy, so there is nothing on our side to keep.
  • Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports are held by Google Firebase, not by us. Firebase deletes them automatically under its own default retention settings. We do not extend those settings, and we do not export or save this data anywhere else.
  • Advertising IDs and ad interaction data are held by Google AdMob under Google's own terms. We do not store or keep this information ourselves.
  • Support emails are kept only for as long as we need them to sort out your query and any follow-up about the same thing, then they are deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

If the law requires us to keep a particular record for longer, we keep only that record, and only for as long as we have to.

9. Deleting Your Data

9.1 Deleting it yourself

You can remove everything our apps hold on your device without asking us:

  1. Delete single items using the delete option next to any saved item inside the app.
  2. Clear all app data: open Settings, go to Apps, pick the app, tap Storage, then Clear storage. This wipes every saved file, setting, and cached item.
  3. Uninstall the app, which removes all of its local data from your device for good.
  4. Delete your advertising ID from Settings, then Google, then Ads, then Delete advertising ID. This breaks the link between your device and any earlier ad data.

9.2 Asking us to delete it

If you want us to delete any analytics or support records connected to you, email zawtechnologies@gmail.com and:

  1. Put "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
  2. Tell us which app you used.
  3. Include your advertising ID (Settings, then Google, then Ads) or your device model, so we can find the right records.
  4. Tell us if you want everything removed, or just one specific thing.

You do not need an account, a form, or any payment to do this.

9.3 What happens next

  • We reply to confirm we got your request, and act on it promptly.
  • If the records sit with Firebase or an ad network, we pass your deletion request on to them.
  • Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Content saved only on your own device is not something we can reach, so use the steps in Section 9.1 for that.
  • The only thing that may stay is data the law requires us to keep, or statistics that are anonymous enough that they cannot be traced back to any device or person.

10. Children's Privacy

Our apps are made for a general audience and are not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian thinks a child has sent us information through one of our apps, please write to zawtechnologies@gmail.com and we will find it and delete it.

We suggest parents and guardians use the parental controls built into their children's devices.

11. Your Choices

  • Permissions: take back any permission whenever you want from your device app settings.
  • Notifications: change or switch them off from the app settings or your device notification settings.
  • Ads: reset or delete your advertising ID as explained in Section 5.3.
  • Access and deletion: depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA may let you ask what information relates to you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to the address in Section 13 and we will handle it free of charge.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the current version is always the one published here. We suggest you check this page from time to time so you know how we handle information.
